A Personal Touch

A couple of friends working at a multinational corporation became dissatisfied with their jobs. Together, they founded Pivovar Cizova, a microbrewery in Southern Bohemia, specializing in traditional Czech lagers. The owners do all the work themselves, and their focus is on the quality and personal connection with customers, rather than continued growth or expansion. The local community didn’t have big expectations, but they’re now proud of the successful brewery in their town.
